The owner of Peace of Mind Home Inspections, David Alvares, is an established professional in the construction and building industry. Before starting Peace of Mind Home Inspections, he had worked for architectural, structural, civil engineering, and construction estimating firms, allowing him to be more knowledgeable than other inspectors because of his prior training.

His professionalism comes from the passion to keep learning, striving to be the best and providing great customer service to all clients. David is certified through InterNachi, CalNachi, and graduates of the AHIT course.
